Donations to a PAC are not tax deductible
​We cannot take donations from a Church (but an individual from the church is okay)
​We cannot take donations from a corporation (but an individual or an unincorporated business is okay)
​The most you can give to all Kentucky PACs in one year is $2,100
You can give $5000/year to our federal PAC
​Occupation and employer of the donor must be reported for donations over $100
